LA Group was created in 1989 to respond to the growing need for outside professional risk and claims administration services within the insurance and business communities. There are two separate companies that comprise LA Group, however, they share an unyielding commitment to a common corporate mission:  To provide our clients with alternative solutions to complex problems in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible.

The parent company, that is also primarily responsible for providing:  

• Risk Management Services including the treatment of both operational and enterprise risks

• Disaster Recovery Planning and Assistance
• Crisis Management Response services for pre-event planning and post event implementation
• Auditing of underwriting, claims, legal and brokerage services
• Product Research and Market Analysis

 LA Support Services, Inc.  

A subsidiary of LA Support Group, Inc., primarily responsible for claims services including: 

• Litigation Management of catastrophic, complex, or extraordinary cases
• Claims Management of large or unusual cases, product lines, or programs
• Claims Training for technical compliance and professional development
• Post Loss Mitigation Services to assist insurers and/or self funded insureds with specialized services in cases involving large exposure, high profile or unusual circumstances.
